Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order for trainer cleaning?
To place an order, enter your postcode above and select a convenient pick-up time. You don’t need to specify your items, just hand your trainers to our friendly drivers. We’ll provide an itemized invoice once your items reach the cleaning centre.
Your trainers will be thoroughly cleaned by one of our experts, using a combination of soft brushes, steam and air guns.
We recommend allowing 72 hours between pickup and drop-off to give our cleaners enough time to professionally care for your trainers.
We can clean most types of trainers. We do not clean couture trainers (value over £250). Please note that there is a slight difference in price between regular and high top trainers.
As a trusted and responsible cleaner it is our duty to inform our customers that some tougher stains may not be completely removable. Previous exposure to high temperatures or moisture can also mean that there is a risk of an item losing some of its shape during the cleaning process. While this is rare, we will always inform our customers of the risk prior to proceeding.
