Do you cover my area?

Enter your postcode above to check availability. Hazzyon currently operates in the following areas only: Kensington, Chelsea, Victoria, Canary Wharf (E14), and E16. If your postcode falls within these locations, we can collect your items from your home, office, or concierge.

Are there any hidden charges?

Not at all. What you see is what you pay. We offer free collection and delivery on orders over £30, with just a small £1.99 service fee. If your order comes to less than £30, it will be automatically topped up. Once we’ve collected your items, we’ll email you an invoice based on our price list and we won’t start cleaning until you’ve seen it.

How do I know the best way to clean my items?

Most clothes come with a care label that tells you how they should be cleaned. You can take a look at that if you like or just trust our experienced cleaners to handle everything with care and choose the best cleaning method for your items.

How long will it take to clean my items?

Cleaning times depend on your location and the type of item. You can check availability by entering your address above. Some items need a little extra care and may take longer

Where can I tell you about my service requirements?

You can leave any special instructions on the order confirmation screen once your booking is complete. If you need extra help or prefer to speak to someone, our Customer Care Team will be more than happy to assist.

Are my items insured?

Yes, absolutely. Our experienced dry cleaners always follow the manufacturer’s care instructions on every garment. If a care label is missing, our experts will still treat your items with the utmost care. All items are fully insured, giving you complete peace of mind.

Is there anything I need to do before collection?

Please remove collar stiffeners and cuff links from shirts, and make sure all pockets are emptied before handing over your items.

How should I pack my items for collection?

Please place your clothes in a plastic bag for your first collection. We’ll provide a reusable laundry bag for future collections.

What if I’m not available during my scheduled time slot?

Please let us know if you won’t be available for your collection or delivery. We’ll send you a reminder one hour before your scheduled time.
