What does your service wash involve?
Items included in a service wash are washed at 30°C or 40°C, tumble dried on low heat, and neatly folded. If you’d like any items to be pressed, please keep them separate from your service wash, as pressing is charged and invoiced separately.
We treat all types of stains, although complete removal cannot be guaranteed. To give us the best chance of removing a stain, please let us know what caused it, as different stains require different treatment methods.
We aim to clean as many items as possible. Please note that certain materials, such as leather, velvet, suede, and fur, require specialist cleaning, which may take up to two weeks and may incur additional costs.
Absolutely. We make sure all your requirements are carefully followed and always clean garments according to the manufacturer’s care label to ensure best practice. If a care label is missing, you can rely on our experienced cleaners to treat your items safely and professionally.
