2. Information About These Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By placing an Order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2.2
If you place an Order on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for that entity.
3. Definitions
3.1 Order / Ordering – Booking a collection through our website, by phone, or by email.
3.2 User / Customer – Any individual or entity placing an Order with Hazzyon.
3.3 We / Us / Our – Refers to Hazzyon.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
We own (or are licensed to use) all intellectual property rights on this website. All rights are reserved.
You may print or download extracts from the website for personal or internal organisational reference.
You must not:
- Modify printed or digital materials.
- Use images, videos, audio, or graphics separately from their text.
- Use any website content for commercial purposes without written consent.
If you breach these Terms, your right to use the site ends immediately, and you must return or destroy any copies made.
5. Agency – Please Read Carefully
5.1
Hazzyon acts as a booking agent for independent dry cleaners and laundry partners.
These Terms form:
- A contract between you and Hazzyon for using our website.
- A separate contract between you and the Service Provider who performs the cleaning.
5.2
We help resolve complaints, but any legal claim relating to cleaning services (loss, damage, or service quality) is against the Service Provider, not Hazzyon.
5.3
We are not legally responsible for the actions or mistakes of Service Providers.
5.4
When we describe Service Providers as “vetted,” this means basic checks were performed at onboarding. We rely on third-party information and cannot guarantee accuracy.
You use Service Providers at your own risk.
6. Liability
6.1
Cleaning involves inherent risks. Items may occasionally be damaged or lost. We will always try to resolve issues.
Maximum liability is the lower of:
- 15 times the cleaning cost, or
- £500,
and cannot exceed the original purchase value of the item.
6.2
Customers must remove collar stiffeners, cufflinks, and personal items before handing items over.
6.3
Items in a service wash must be suitable for machine washing and tumble drying.
6.4
Complaints must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
6.5
Before offering compensation, Hazzyon must collect and assess the item(s).
If the customer disagrees, items may be sent to an independent lab for an expert review.
6.6
If remedial work is possible and agreed, we will proceed. If not, compensation will be considered.
6.7
Proof of purchase (receipt/bank statement) is required for compensation.
Evidence must be provided within 6 months. Claims after this cannot be processed.
6.8
Unclaimed items will be kept for 3 months, after which they may be donated to charity.
7. Complaints
7.1
All complaints must be directed to Hazzyon, not to drivers or Service Providers.

8. Transfer of Rights
We may transfer our rights or obligations under these Terms, as long as your rights are not affected.
You may not transfer your rights without our written permission.
9. Prices
All prices include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Hazzyon may update pricing at any time.
10. Referral Programme
10.1 Eligibility
Open to Hazzyon users aged 18+ who have completed at least one order.
10.2 How It Works
- Share your referral link with someone aged 18+.
- On successful referral, you earn Hazzyon credits under promotional rules.
- Referrals from the same household are not allowed.
10.3 Promotion Period
Valid from launch until cancelled by Hazzyon.
10.4 Credits
- Minimum spend: £20
- Must be redeemed within 6 months
- Added within 7 days of referral validation
- Non-transferable and have no cash value
10.5
Maximum of 50 referrals per user unless changed.
10.6
Fraud or manipulation will void credits and may result in account suspension.
10.7
You must obtain permission before submitting someone’s details.
Their information is used only for the promotion.
10.8
If technical issues make credits invalid, Hazzyon may modify or cancel the promotion.
10.9
Hazzyon may request ID verification for fraud prevention.
10.10
By redeeming credits, users release Hazzyon from liability except where law requires (such as negligence causing injury).
10.11
Hazzyon is not responsible for technical issues causing delays or lost referrals.
10.12
Referral codes are for personal use only.
Posting them on coupon sites or using paid ads is prohibited.
10.13
Participation indicates acceptance of these Terms.
10.14
This promotion is governed by the laws of England under exclusive English court jurisdiction.
11. Card Payments and Fraud
11.1
Payment must be completed before delivery.
11.2
Delivery may be delayed if payment fails.
11.3
If initial payment is found to be fraudulent, it will be treated as unpaid.
11.4
If fraud is suspected, we may require payment by bank transfer instead of card payment.
